Worship Service
Our worship service is held at 11:00am each Sunday morning in the main
hall of the Salisbury North Community Centre. Everyone is welcome and
we are always keen to meet new visitors. We worship God with Hymns and
Choruses and a general money offering. After this the Word of God is
brought to us by one of our lay preachers. We regularly have guest
speakers and students from a local Bible college sharing. After the
service we join together in fellowship over a cuppa and biscuits.
Bible Discovery
Bible Discovery (or adult Sunday School) begins at 10am each Sunday
during school terms. This is a relaxed bible study program. Adults
receive bible based teaching and all are able to participate through
question, answer and discussions. Bible Discovery is an enjoyable
opportunity for learning, for personal growth, and for getting to know
other in our Church.
Ladies Discipleship Groups
Small groups are a great opportunity for fellowship, food, learning and
spiritual growth in a relaxed and informal environment. Held during
normal school terms. Ladies of all ages will be lead through a
discussion of a particular topic or passage of scripture with an aim of
personal spiritual growth. Mums are welcome to bring their
infants/preschoolers.
Sunday School for kids
Sunday School begins at 10am each Sunday during school terms. It is
held in our Sunday School building (opposite the main hall, within the
Salisbury North Community Centre complex). Children are given age
appropriate activities in various classes, ranging from our littlies
class (age 3) through to Youth Group (for teens). Children will have
fun learning important biblical truths through stories, songs, drama,
games, craft and discussion. Parents are also welcome to join our adult
Sunday School (Bible Discovery) while their children are attending the
children’s classes.
Youth Group
At the moment the Youth Group is incorporated in our Sunday School program.
Morning Communion
Morning Communion is held during the morning service on the 1st and 3rd
Sundays in each month. This is a time when, as a church, we share in
remembering the Lord Jesus Christ. The communion elements are a symbol
to remind us of what Christ did by suffering and dying on a cross, for
us. It is an important part of our service when we can draw close to
Jesus in a special way. This is only for those who have accepted the
Lord Jesus as their Saviour, for how can some
